Hello, and welcome.
This is an exclusive on-line referral club that only accepts 'listing' applications from those businesses with a
'trusted' track record for providing a Quality-Driven Service for their customers.
At present I am looking for Just One person to work with me visiting 'Select' businesses in the Thames Valley
area. The successful applicant will expect to be earning a very healthy income in return for dedication, hard
work and above all 'Honesty'. You will need your own transport, be presentable, outgoing, focused and
comfortable with the internet. Preferably with your own laptop or inter-net connected mobile phone.
Your task will be to locate businesses through genuine referrals from other members, and from applications
through the main website.
You should be friendly, out-going and above all have integrity.
(Experience is not necessarily essential for the right personality)
What you should NOT be thinking of doing, is going for the 'numbers' game to boost your own commissions.
While I appreciate that we all have bills to pay etc, the integrity of the 'FRED67 B2B Referral Club' must not
be compromised at any time.
The financial rewards can be generated to a very good level by acting in an honest and ethical manner, so
there really is no need to get into the commission-stuffing game. If that is the way you work, I'd ask you not to
apply to be an independent agent for the club.
As for commissions, you would be working on a commission scale that encourages commitment.
(More about that at the time of the interview).
Commissions are only paid out after the 14 day cooling-off period has expired for prospective new members,
so in effect, you will be working up to three weeks in hand.
(If this is something that would cause you a problem, you maybe shouldn't apply).
All memberships sold by you are 'annual' subscriptions. Whatever commission you earned from the original
sign-up, the same amount would be paid to you when the member re-subscribes in one years time, (providing
you are still signing up the minimum number of Subscriptions per week of course).
If you decide 'not' to continue working as an independent agent for 'The FRED67 B2B Referral Club' you
would naturally relinquish the right to those residual commissions. I am looking for a long term business
relationship with the successful applicant, and providing you can achieve the agreed minimum memberships
per week, (Which should be easily achievable) you could consider your position as being that of a 'sole
agent' with no one else competing against you for those residual memberships.
The minimum membership clause does of course allow for up to Three Weeks Holiday per year and possible
Medical Inconveniences throughout the year as long as I am kept fully informed about the situation. You
would not lose any commissions as long as 'honesty' prevailed.
At no time would you be working as an employee of F.P Publishing(UK)
You would be an independent, self employed agent, responsible for your own income tax and national
insurance affairs. This in no way relinquishes me from my responsibility to pay you your due and residual
commissions on time providing the aforementioned criteria has been met.
It is a very simple and basic contract between the agent - provider of a service - You.
And your client - F.P Publishing(UK).
I am looking for the successful applicant to start immediately if possible, and if you prove that you can
achieve the agreed minimum quota, I would remove the online membership application page so that every
visitor to the website that subsequently wanted to apply for membership to 'The FRED67 B2B Referral Club'
would need to sign up through You. (A valuable lead source I'm sure you'll agree).
